Production of the LA36 series printers will end shortly as this product line is being replaced. Due to recent increased demand, some models of the LA36 are no longer available, or have longer lead times; status of specific models can be obtained from Order Services on an ongoing basis.

The LA48 is the replacement product for the discontinued LA36. It is similar in a number of ways to the LA36 – same menu structure, very similar mechanism and print head, same emulations, and physical footprint. Benefits of the new printer include faster print speed, longer ribbon life, and lower cost. We are sure the LA48 will be as successful as the LA36.
