1020 Series Personality Cartridges and Drivers
The 1020 and 1025 use a personality cartridge to control the emulation and interface. To
identify the personality cartridge used, perform the following:
- Turn off the printer power.
- Remove the data cable from the rear of the printer.
- Remove the personality cartridge from the rear of the printer - the data cable was plugged
into it. The cartridge pulls straight up from the printer.
- Inspect the label on the back of the personality cartridge. The emulation and interface
will be listed at the top of the label. DIP switch settings are also listed on the label.
These cartridges are no longer available from TallyGenicom.
