1040 DIP Switch Settings and Emulations

 
  • To print the DIP switch settings, take the printer off-line, press SHIFT, then press PRINT. The DIP switch settings will print out. Please note that the switches are numbered from right to left, in the same physical order as the switch packs.
  • The DIP switches are located inside the printer behind the front panel. The off position of the switch is towards the top of the printer.
  • The supported emulations are Epson LQ-2500, IBM ProPrinter XL 24, and GENICOM ANSI.
