Models 3870, 3972, 3974 Parts List


Each spare part has a TallyGenicom part number, and is referenced by an SPL (Spare Parts List) part number.
The SPL number is in the form nn.nn.nn
  1. The left most numeric pair defines the type of parts. For example, the printer's Covers are 01.
  2. Some types of parts may have multiple drawings. The middle numeric pair specifies which drawing. For example, covers 01.02 is the top cover assembly drawing.
  3. The right most pair defines the part number on the drawing.
For example, SPL part 01.01.03 references drawing 01.01 (Covers, drawing 01), part number 3 (the rear access door).

Y in the RSPL (Recommended Spares List) column indicates that this part is normally available.
Parts that do not have a Y may have significant lead times.
