TallyGenicom OEM Supplies Warranty Statement

TallyGenicom supplies are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and to mechanically perform out of box when properly installed in the printer providing acceptable print quality.

With proof of purchase, request for replacement of products not meeting the above criteria will be considered on an individual basis within one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty does not cover product failure due to misuse, product/performance alterations, shipping/handling damage, abuse, user error, improper storage at temperature/humidity extremes or problems/failures induced by the printer
