Summary: microLaser series page printers with the Intelliprint controller have the operating system firmware stored in flash. The firmware can be flash upgraded by several methods.

Flash Memory Option Changes For D Series Controllers

The original Flash SIMM used in the Intelliprint series has been superseded by an new version. If an optional SIMM is installed in Flash Slot 2, this can cause some operational issues. Refer to IP-MEM-04 for details.
