Intelliprint Series
Flash Memory Options
4 Feb 2003 Ed Palmer

Summary: The Flash memory options are used for the storage of PostScript based fonts, graphics and overlays. PCL fonts, macros, and overlays can be stored on the user flash and loaded into RAM on printer power up. These options are qualified to operate with IntelliPress. The option mounts on the Intelliprint controller board.

Note: Some marketing descriptions of the Flash options include "for PostScript". This is misleading as PostScript is native to the printer and the Flash supports PostScript and PCL.
