Summary: Printers connected TCP/IP using the internal network card have a built-in web page that allows control and monitoring.

Note: The web page is not available when using external print servers such as the HP JetDirect.

Web Page: The printer must have a valid IP Address. Enter the IP Address on the address field of the desired web browser.

The printer home page and status page refreshes every thirty seconds (this can be changed through the Administration link). Printer Display reflects the status of the printer panel. Information shows critical information about the printer.

The web page allows control of any settings that can be performed through the printer panel through the Printer Setup link. The Printer Status link allows the user to view the status of the toner and print media. Product Support and Product Supplies link to the GENICOM web site- these links can be customized for internal support through the Administration menu.
