  Training Program
TallyGenicom's knowledgeable Technical Support staff present in-depth, Hands-On Training Classes on current TallyGenicom products. The classes cover installation, setup, problem diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and service/repair

  TIRs
Service providers repairing TallyGenicom products can sign-up for access to our Technical Information Releases. The TIRs provide service information and tips relating to issues such as problem identification, repairs, parts, adjustments, consumables, product configuration, upgrades, problem prevention, and shipping damage prevention. The TIRs are searchable.

  Technotes
There are Technotes covering a broad range of subjects; product technical specifications, paper handling, IBM connectivity, network connectivity, windows applications, interfaces, consumables, printer initialization, etc. The technotes are arranged by printer model.
