Description:	Caution when installing EPROM in PHPE U4 socket

Issue / Symptom:

U4 pin 14 may be mistaken for pin 1.

Solution/Action:

The silkscreening on the PHPE board for U4 pin 14 is over top of a solder connection. This partially obscures the 4 and makes it appear to be a 1. The REAL pin 1 has a silk screened circle around the hole. CAUTION! installing the EPROM incorrectly will destroy the EPROM.
