PROBLEM: When parking the paper by pressing the PARK key, the paper moves down, then moves back up to it's original position. The display then shows FAULT: CHK PAPER.

CAUSE: The paper was not torn off before parking.

The printer only allows two forms to be parked. If paper parking is attempted with more than two forms, the paper returns to it's original position and the fault is displayed.

This is by design- proper paper handling during parking cannot be guaranteed with a number of forms exiting the printer.

SOLUTION: Press the CLEAR key to clear the error. Tear off the paper at the perforation and park it.
