- The printer can be in default parameters. No special straps or hardware jumpers 
  are necessary.

- Just send through straight ASCII text.

- ]! enables EVFU load.

- \ exits EVFU load.

- [4g disables EVFU mode.

- There are 2 bytes to every programmed line in EVFU. Use the following chart to 
  format the page:

	64 / 64  or  @ @  =  Filler
	65 / 64  or  A @  =  Channel 1 or Top of Form
	66 / 64  or  B @  =  Channel 2
	68 / 64  or  D @  =  Channel 3
	72 / 64  or  H @  =  Channel 4
	80 / 64  or  P @  =  Channel 5
	96 / 64  or  ` @  =  Channel 6
	64 / 65  or  @ A  =  Channel 7
	64 / 66  or  @ B  =  Channel 8
	64 / 68  or  @ D  =  Channel 9
	64 / 72  or  @ H  =  Channel 10
	64 / 80  or  @ P  =  Channel 11
	64 / 96  or  @ `  =  Channel 12 or Vertical Tab

- [p1;p2!p will skip to a channel. Skip to channel 3 would be [0;3!p. 
  Skip to channel 11 would be  [1;1!p.

- The following program sets a TOF, channel 3 at line 6, channel 12 at line 10 and 
  channel 8 at line 19.

- The following program moves paper to TOF, prints the words "Top of Form", skips 
  to channel 12, prints the words "Channel 12", skips to the next TOF, printers the 
  words "Top of Form", skips to channel 3, prints the words "Channel 3", then finally 
  disables EVFU mode.
