Resolution:
 The SMHI board in the 4470 / 4490 is being shipped unpopulated. The board contains a microprocessor in chip location U24 and it is being left off these boards as well. Be sure to remove the microprocessor before returning old boards. The part number for the microprocessor is 44A501866-001. If SMHI firmware is needed, contact GENICOM Technical Support to obtain the correct part number to match the rest of the printer firmware.
