The 4470 / 4490 User's Manual GEK-88705 states that the SMPI/4 jumper J73/74 
is a spare jumper. This is not true. J74 should be installed if the SMPI/4 board 
is to be used in a 4470 or 4490. J73 should be installed if the SMPI/4 board is 
to be used in a 4410 or 4440.

SMPI/2 boards can only be used in a 4410 or 4440. J73/74 on a SMPI/2 board is not used.
