Cause: Power line voltage is 115 volts and the voltage selector is set to 230 volts.
Resolution: Set the voltage selector (located by the power switch) to 115 volts.

Cause: The voltage selector switch is bad.
Resolution:
Try cleaning the switch:
If this does not help, check the voltage to the power supply.

Cause: (standard cabinets only) A power supply crowbar caused by a stalled power supply fan- the fan is integrated into the power-up circuit on the power supply.
Resolution: Replace the fan [44A507008-G03] located below the power supply board in the back of the printer. 'Kickstarting' the fan blade may get it running, but it should be replaced.
