sent out an error message to the TTLB. Causes include the printer shuttle
mechanism is not shuttling or shuttling at an improper frequency, a failure of
the TTMI board, or a failure of the TTLB board. Possible causes of this problem
include:

* NEW INSTALL
New printers are protected by placing a sheet of paper in the throat and
closing the print gap to minimum. Open the print gap, remove the packing paper,
and install regular paper.

* PAPER JAM
Open print gap adjust knob to the load position, remove all paper, and visually
check throat area for a paper jam. If labels were printed, check for stuck labels.
Correct any paper jams and reset the print gap adjust to normal setting.

* SPSC BOARD - Power Supply [4C0161G01]
Remove the rear access panel, turn the printer on, and inspect that the green LED
is lit. This verifies all power supply voltages are present. If the red LED is lit,
a problem in the power supply may be at fault.
