Issue / Symptom:

Firmware for your printer is "Not Available for Download".

Solution/Action:

If you need code that says "Not Available for Download" on the printer's Flash Code / Firmware page, the printer's code has a cost adder. For example, IPDS or LG series or LJ series causes the printer to be priced higher than a printer with standard code features. Contact TallyGenicom Tech Support. Please have the purchase information for the printer available and the printer's serial number.
