Issue / Symptom:

Instructional Videos from the 4800 Operator's Guide CBT. These are generally applicable to the 5100 Series also.

Solution/Action:

These videos can be viewed on any player that supports .avi format (I.E. Windows Media Player). The videos are self-extracting .exe files. After downloading a video file, execute the file to extract the .avi. These files are large, usually in the range of 5MB to 100MB. A high speed internet connection is required to download them.
