Summary: Jobs printed directly from a workstation print properly, but do not print properly when spooled through a Windows NT or 2000 host.

Cause: The spool host is re-formatting the job.

Solution: Configure the spool host to passthrough jobs without modification. Refer to Microsoft KB article 150930.
