TRAINING PROGRAM
TallyGenicom's knowledgeable Technical Support staff present in-depth, hands-on training classes on current TallyGenicom products. The classes cover installation, setup, problem diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and service/repair. Classes are presented in English only, so students must speak English. Please review the General Course Outline.
COURSE SCHEDULES
Classes are scheduled on a customer request basis. Class content and duration can be adjusted to cover your specific needs. Contact TallyGenicom to arrange training that suits your schedule.
VENUES
TallyGenicom provides service training at the TallyGenicom training centers located in our facilities in Waynesboro, Virginia and Kent, Washington (depending on which products are being covered), or at a suitable remote site provided by the training requestor.
The cost of training is $750 per day per student. Students are responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred in conjunction with attending a training course. Course fees include classroom training, training materials for the course, and copies of training videos or CDs if available.
Training at Remote Sites will be considered for class sizes of six or more persons. A company requesting training at their location will bear the following costs in addition to the $750 per day per student fee.
  • Transportation of all training materials from TallyGenicom to the customer site
  • Travel and living expenses of TallyGenicom personnel involved in the presentation of the training sessions
  • All losses incurred by TallyGenicom as a result of cancellations initiated by the company requesting training
Training at a customer site requires the customer to provide product to be used during training in sufficient quantity for a recommended ratio of one printer per two students. It is not recommended the customer provide new product to be used for training purposes, only used equipment in good working order and representative of currently shipping configurations. TallyGenicom will bear no responsibility for the condition of equipment used for training purposes or costs related to restoration of equipment to the same condition it existed in prior to use as a training unit.
REGISTRATION
Training at TallyGenicom facilities
Registration must be made no later than 14 days prior to the first day of training.
The registration process requires:
  1. Select a training course or contact TallyGenicom Training if you would like to discuss customized training.
  2. Submit a registration form (includes payment method and billing information)
Training at remote facilities
Registration must be made no later than 30 days prior to the first day of training.
The registration process includes:
  1. Submit an Offsite Training Agreement form
  2. Submit a registration form (includes payment method and billing information)
Course registration is considered complete only when acceptable arrangements for payment are made and confirmed by TallyGenicom Order Entry.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Acceptable methods of payment are via purchase order, credit card, or company check. Purchase orders require favorable existing credit terms with TallyGenicom.
CANCELLATIONS
Refundable cancellations will be accepted up to 8 days prior to the first day of a training course. Non-refundable cancellations will be accepted within 7 days prior to the first day of the training course. Cancellations initiated by TallyGenicom will result in either a refund of registration fees or reservation in training course scheduled in the future.
